Fortnite: All Mythic Weapons, Ranked (Current Season)
Fortnite Chapter 2 ended with the Cube Queen opening up an Avengers -like portal to space which brought about UFOs from previous seasons. As the Cube Queen unleashed chaos with aliens, Sideways monsters, and cubes, the players, also known as “loopers” in the cinematics, were saved by Jonesy and the Foundation, who was revealed to be played by actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson . At the end of the cinematic, the bunker the players have to hunker down in is flooded, causing everyone to rush out into the open ocean and witness a cinematically beautiful shot of the island being flipped upside down. As the player is stranded at sea, the portal to space closes, leaving a couple of UFOs behind, and the Cube Queen is defeated, revealing the new map as the other side of the isl
With Fortnite feeling as new as ever , Chapter 3’s island manages to feel brand new despite having a good amount of areas and assets from Chapters 1 and 2. The map features four biomes, each with their own unique areas and NPC’s to discover. The desert biome feels a lot like the original desert area from Chapter 1, but rockier and canyon-like. Two brand new locations, Chonker’s Speedway and Condo Canyon, are some areas the player can land at this biome. The snowy tundra biome takes more than half of the map and has a tease that is exciting to many Fortnite veterans. Iconic landing spot, Tilted Towers, seems to freeze under the snow and will most likely thaw out as the season goes by. Chapter 1 locations Greasy Grove and Shifty Shafts have made a return this season as well. The rest of the landing spots are brand new locations such as Sleepy Sound and Camp Cuddle. These new locations are a sure way to bring in tons of new and returning players to the g
The Enhanced Sentinel Pump Shotgun is perfect for close-range engagements, but mainly if players are consistent with their headshot damage. While one shot from this weapon will cause over 100 damage, the real treat is in a headshot, which will easily see 170+ damage attributed to the targeted player with the utmost fury and k
For fans of the X-Men Animated Series from the 90s, there are few X heroes that are more iconic than Jubilee. This is partly because the show’s events are often shown from her perspective, including the first episode, which tells the story of how she came to join the team. In the comics, Jubilee has gone from being a teenaged troublemaker to one of the X-Men’s most reliable teammates, as well as the mother of Shogo, a baby who can transform into a dragon while in Avalon. In Fortnite , her iconic yellow trench coat and neon pink sunglasses would make for a distinctly perfect design for any X-Men fan with a nostalgia for the 90s. Her mutant power, which allows her to create multicolored sparks, could also make for some fun accompanying emo
One of the biggest reveals of Chapter 2 Season 8’s live event was Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson being shown as the voice actor for the Foundation, a prominent character in Chapter 1 and 2’s cinematics. The Foundation is a special skin that can be unlocked separately from the battle pass. There is no way to unlock the titular character, with his release date being February 3, 2022. There seems to be both a helmet and no helmet style for the skin, as w
Fortnite had teased the entrance to this skin for a while, revealing it in loading screens and casually in the background of different promos. It landed in the game at last during the sixth season of Chapter 2 as part of the Fortnite Crew reward. It was obvious from the trailer’s Japanese narration and whimsical music that this was an anime-inspired design. Mecha Cuddle Master is a one-of-a-kind character skin with her mech suit, Nuzzle Jet, and Psytronic bow, and will hopefully make a return to the shop s
Fortnite fans will remember the original Reaper skin that everyone claimed looked like the character John Wick with his beard and suit. However, when this John Wick skin came around, players were given the real representation of the character played by Keanu Reeves, available for purchase in the s
Fans of the X-Men were excited when it was announced that Dark Phoenix would be joining Fortnite _ ‘s **** _ ever-expanding roster of crossover skins, but many X-Men enthusiasts couldn’t help but wonder what other members of the X-Men could come next. Dark Phoenix isn’t the first skin based on an X-Men hero to be added to Fortnite , with Wolverine, Storm, and Mystique having been added in Fortnite’s Marvel-themed season , and Cable, Domino, Psylocke, and Deadpool joining later as part of an X-Force cross-promotion. While eight skins may sound like a lot for a cross-promotion, for hardcore X-Men fans, it’s only a small taste of the massive roster of mutant superheroes that could join the Slg game heroes. In addition, there are still some glaring omissions from the roster, that X-Men fans and Fortnite players are no doubt eager to get their hands
When it comes to shaping the X-Men team, no one (save perhaps Charles Xavier) has been as influential as Cyclops. As the first member of the X-Men and its longest-serving member, Cyclops has gone from being a scared student who couldn’t control his mutant ability, to a confidant leader and master tactician. Cyclops has spent his life fighting tirelessly for mutant kind, with many regarding him as the ultimate X-
